Brand Photography FAQs

London Brand Photographer and I cover most of Central London. My brand photo shoots are done at the location of your choice.

I recommend booking well in advance, with a minimum of 1 month before your actual  brand photo session date. Because every brand shoot is carefully designed, it takes time to plan and prepare every single detail before the shoot.

It’s great news to know that you are thinking about booking a brand photo shoot!
The best thing to do is to book a Discovery call with me, using this link.
If you prefer to message me first, please feel free to drop me a quick email with your query so we can start a conversation.

A discovery call is an informal video call where we get to know each other. You’ll get to tell me all about yourself and your business. You can also ask me all the questions you may have and I will explain you in more detail how brand photography can help your business.
It’s a great way to get a clearer idea on how we can work together and if we are a good fit for each other too, before you make a final decision.

Because we get to know each other as a person not just as a voice. We can actually see our facial expressions and body language, which will help us build a better relationship before we meet in person.

A booking fee of £120 is due at the time of booking (along with your brand contract signed) to secure the time and date of your session. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your shoot date. Please note that once you receive your Brand Photography Workbook, your booking fee is non-refundable.

I am a brand photographer based in South West London, so the areas I generally cover are: New Malden, Raynes Park, Wimbledon, Worcester Park, Surbiton, Kingston Upon Thames and other nearby areas in Surrey. I also cover most of Central London.  If you are unsure if I cover your area, please drop me a line.

Literally in all marketing material, online or offline, for example: leaflets, banners, presentations, brochures, website, social media, emails, the possibilities are endless!!

Yes, for sure! You’ll have to do some small homework for me and around two weeks before the shoot we’ll have a pre-shoot consultation, to go through your homework and to discuss all details about your photoshoot. Details like: location, outfits, props, etc. The idea is that on your shoot day, you know exactly what we will be doing so you can feel calm, confident and relaxed, knowing that every single detail has been looked after.

If showing yourself is holding you back because you don’t like to have your photos taken. Or if you feel nervous in front of the camera, don’t worry, you are not alone, many people feel the same way. I will guide you throughout the full process, before and during the shoot. We’ll do this together, we’ll plan together. You’ll have to honestly tell me what your likes and your dislikes are, I promise to carefully listen to you. I will be in this journey with you, to make you feel confident, to face those fears and objections, to get images you’ll love.

Not at the moment. However, I do think is important that you look absolutely stunning on your shoot day. Some clients do the hair and make up themselves and others have a professional they trust to do it for them.

The simple and straight answer will be: NO (unless you really are a super model!). All your images will be lightly edited and they will show the true and authentic beautiful you.

You don’t have to tag me on your socials, it’d be really nice if you do, though!
If you do, I will make sure to share your post and give a shout out to your business.

I always advise to have a plan B for an indoor space to shoot in case of unpredictable bad weather. At the end of the day this is Britain, so it’s always best to be prepared.

If you’d like to cancel your shoot and you’ve already received your Brand Photography workbook, you may be able to cancel but your paid deposit is non-refundable.

If you’d like to reschedule you could do so but you must give me as much notice as possible and you’ll have to have your shoot done within 3 months of your original shoot day, after the 3 months window is over, the shoot will be completely cancelled and I will not be able to make booking fee refunds.

You can pay via bank transfer, please ask Giselle for bank details.

I’ll sent you your final lightly edited images digitally 72hrs after your branding photo shoot.
