Where do your Personal Brand Photo Sessions take place?
You choose the location for your personal brand shoot. As a London and Surrey Brand Photographer based in New Malden I cover most of SW London, Central London and the Surrey area close to New Malden. If you require Headshots, they will be done in-studio.
How well in advance do I need to book my brand photoshoot?
I recommend booking well in advance, with a minimum of 1 month before your actual brand photoshoot date. Because every brand shoot is carefully designed, it takes time to carefully plan and prepare every single detail before the shoot.
What is a Discovery Call?
A Discovery Call is an informal video call to get to know each other. You can tell me all about yourself and your business, and also ask me all the questions you may have. And I will explain you in detail how brand photography can help your business.
Why a Video Call?
It’s the best way to get a clear idea on how we can work together and if we are a good fit for each other. Also we meet as a person not just a voice. We can see facial expressions and body language, which help us build a better relationship before we meet in person.
Is there any preparation before the shoot?
Yes, for sure! You’ll have to do some small homework and around two weeks before the shoot we’ll have a consultation to go through it. We’ll also discuss all details about your photoshoot, like: location, outfits, props, etc. This preparation will help you feel calm, confident and relaxed on your shoot day. I’ll make sure I’ll look after every single detail.
How do I book a branding photoshoot?

A signed contract and session fee are required to secure your booking.
How do I secure my booking for a branding photoshoot?
A booking fee of £125 is due at the time of booking (along with your brand contract signed) to secure the time and date of your session. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your shoot date. Please note, once you receive your Brand Photography Workbook, your booking fee is non-refundable.
Which areas do you cover or how far do you travel?
I am a London / Surrey Brand photographer. Based in South West London, the areas I cover are: New Malden, Raynes Park, Wimbledon, Worcester Park, Surbiton, Kingston Upon Thames and nearby areas. I also cover most of Central London. If you are unsure if I cover your area, please drop me a line.
Do you include hair and makeup in your packages?
Not at the moment. However, I do think is important that you look absolutely stunning on your shoot day. Some clients do the hair and make up themselves and others have a professional they trust to do it for them.
How much does Brand Photography cost?
Prices start at £265 for a headshot session in studio and £395 for Brand Photoshoots. You can have a look at my Brand Photography Packages here.
Where can I use my Brand Images?
You can use your personal brand photographs literally in all marketing material, online or offline, for example: leaflets, banners, presentations, brochures, website, social media, emails, the possibilities are endless!!
Do I have to tag you when I use the brand photos you took, on social media platforms?
You don’t have to tag me on your socials, it’d be really nice if you do, though!
If you do, I will make sure to share your post and give a shout out to your business.
Common Concerns about your Brand Photo Session in London / Surrey
What happens if I wanted to have outdoor photos done but the weather is horrible on my shoot day?
I always advise to have a plan B for an indoor space to shoot in case of unpredictable bad weather. At the end of the day this is Britain, so it’s always best to be prepared. We’ll reschedule if necessary.
Will you retouch my brand images? Would you Photoshop me to make look like a super model?
The simple honest and straight answer will be: NO (unless you really are a super model. of course!). Your images will be lightly edited and will show the true and authentic beautiful you.
Do I have to tag you when I use the brand photos you took, on social media platforms?
You don’t have to tag me on your socials, it’d be really nice if you do, though!
If you do, I will make sure to share your post and give a shout out to your business.
Can I cancel or reschedule my shooting day?
If you’d like to cancel your shoot and you’ve received your Brand Photography workbook, you may be able to cancel but your paid deposit is non-refundable.
You can reschedule but you must give me as much notice as possible. Also you’ll have to have your shoot done within 3 months of your original shoot day, after this window is over, the shoot will be completely cancelled.
I'm nervous and don't feel comfortable posing in front of the camera. How can you help me feel more confident?
If you don’t like to have your photos taken or you feel nervous about it, don’t worry. You are not alone, many people feel this way. I will guide from beginning to end to make you feel confident. You have be honest by telling me your likes and dislikes. I promise to listen to you carefully. We’ll make this journey together to face those fears and get images you’ll love.
How do I pay? and do you offer payment plans?
You can pay via bank transfer, please ask Giselle for bank details.
And yes, I offer payment plans. Depending on the package you choose, your payment can be divided to be paid in 2 or 3 monthly installments, please get in touch to discuss further.
