Studio Photo Sessions
Family Studio Photoshoot take place at my intimate home studio in New Malden, KT3, Kingston (5 family members max).
Advantages:
• Intimate, calm and private
• Available all year around
• No weather dependant
• Light is easily controlled with artificial studio light
• A mixture of candid and posed images
• No chances of people walking around you during your photoshoot
Outdoor Photo Sessions
Outdoor Family Photoshoots are available from May until mid October. They are usually done in an park in or near New Malden (or nearby areas in SW London and Surrey).
Advantages:
• More members of the family can take part in the photoshoot
• Natural look
• Variety in the landscape
• Children have more space to play during the shoot

Session Fee
A session fee of £59 is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
It covers the photoshoot itself and includes 1 hour studio time, Giselle’s expertise in taking and enhancing your images for your viewing appointment.
The session fee does not include any prints or digital images.

Your collection of choice is payable at your in person viewing appointment a few weeks after your shoot. Payment plans available.

How much does a Family Photoshoot cost?
A £59 booking fee secures your session. A few weeks after the shoot, you’ll see your final images at your viewing appointment. Then you’ll choose the Collection you’d like to purchase, starting at £249. See my Family Collections here.
Who are Family Photo Sessions for?
Family photoshoots are ideal for families with children of any age, even babies who can sit up supported (4 months +) or even better if they can sit up unaided.
You can also choose to have a photoshoot just for your children.
Will you only take pictures of the family as a group?
I’ll take pictures of the family as a group, but not only that. I’ll photograph a bit of everything, including just the children, one parent and children, and much more!
What should we wear for the photoshoot?
Wear what you feel comfortable with. Choose colours that complement each other. Once your session is booked you’ll receive Preparation Guidelines with more detailed info about this.
How long does a Family Photoshoot last?
It lasts 1 hour. Just long enough so the children kids don’t get too tired and I also undestand families have busy lifestyles.
Common Concerns about a Family Photo Session
I'm worried my child / children won't cooperate
I’ll work my magic! (You can call it lots of patience). I’ll give them the time and freedom they need to eventually get some spontaneous and playful candid shots.
I really don't know how to pose
Let me tell you a secret… There will be very little posing. I’ll give you some prompts for you to interact naturally with your family without posing.
What if it rains on the day of our outdoor shoot?
If rain is forecasted, we can reschedule for another day or you can choose to have an indoor photoshoot instead.

VIEWING APPOINTMENT
This is your reveal session at my studio to view your gorgeous final images for the first time and to place your order. This is when you choose your Family Collection and/or select some beautiful A la Carte Products like albums, wall art, etc.
