General FAQ
Below, you’ll find some of the most common frequently asked questions (FAQ) my clients usually have, that apply to all of my sessions, in general. If you don’t see your question in this FAQ, please feel free to get in touch. I’ll be happy to help.
Where is your home-studio based?
My home studio is located in New Malden, Kingston. Very near New Malden Station, perfect location for people coming from London & Surrey.
Where can I find your prices?
You can find all my prices here on my website. Just click on the dedicated tab for the type of session you’re interested in and scroll down to the pricing section.
How do I book my photoshoot?
You can either:

A signed contract and session fee are required to secure your booking
How do I pay?
Giselle Photography’s fees are paid in 2 parts:
• 1st: a deposit or Session Fee of £125, required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from your final order.
• 2nd: You must pay the remaining balance of your chosen Package or Collection (and additionals if applicable) on your “In Person Reveal Session” or at the time of ordering, whichever applies.
Do you offer digital files?
Yes, all my packages include digital files, the number of files you get depends on your chosen collection.
How many pictures do I get?
This depends on the collection or package you wish to purchase.
Do you offer payment plans? I can’t afford the full payment at once
Yes, I do. Depending on the collection or package you selected, your payment can be divided in 2 or 3 monthly instalments, please get in touch to discuss further.
Is hair and makeup included in the sessions?
No, however, I may be able to recommend someone you could book, or you can arrange to book someone you know. And if required, and your are having a studio session, I could possibly accommodate them here, so they can do your hair and makeup at my home studio before your shoot.
When will we see the photos of our session?
Around 2-3 weeks after your photoshoot, depending on your package, I’ll welcome you back to my studio for your In-Person reveal session or send the access details to your private gallery.
For personal branding photoshoots, your images will be ready within 72 hrs.
Do I have to tag you when posting my photos on social media?
You don’t have to tag me on your socials. It would be really nice if you do, though, as it helps more people find me and see how I can help them.
If you had a personal brand photoshoot, I’ll make sure to share your post and give a shout out to your business, too.
Can I purchase RAW or unedited images?
No, RAW or unedited images are not available to purchase.
Can I buy more pictures after I have placed my final order?
Sure! Your files are kept in our backup storage for 1 year after your session.
Can we bring a special item to our Photoshoot?
Of course! I always welcome special heirlooms or props that are meaningful to you, please feel free to bring them along.
